Welcome to Miss Thomas' Class

Welcome to Year Three! I hope you have had a relaxing summer and are ready for an exciting term ahead in Key Stage Two! Mrs Semple will be supporting our learning during the morning.

Term 3 and 4 Curriculum Information

Important information:

We will have P.E every Monday afternoon. Please ensure all P.E kit is labelled and in school every day as this gives us flexibility. Please also label all school uniform especially jumpers and cardigans!

In Year 3 Home work is sent out every Wednesday (apart from over the school holidays). Each week we will send out spellings, English and Maths work. Children are expected to spend 10 minutes on each piece. If you have any queries about Homework please don't hesitate to ask.

It is really important for children to read frequently regardless of ability. Children should be reading for 10 minutes daily and bring their reading records into school regularly so books can be changed. Thank you for your support with this.

If you have any questions about Year 3 please don't hesitate to ask.
